This review list will appear in date order. Select a patient
You will notice the overdue patients appear at the top of the list..
Alternatively you can search or a patient
Click on the first toolbar icon (circled )
Enter 2-3 letters of the surname to find the patient
Here is the opened patient record. There are 2 tabbed containers
The left container stores all the historical information with last 10 INRs
The right container allows you to enter the INR from the dropdown box.
Also notice the therapeutic range is calculated automatically.
In this example an INR of 4.5 has been entered and the recommendations tab clicked
You can see the strike-through doses to be omitted.
The review date and comments are also seen.
This shows the window to change or add previous INR/dosage data.
Access from the main menu or the 'grid' icon within the tab.
You can modify recommendations, click the circled icon to show this window
Choose the 'Print' icon beside it to print out RAT recommendations.
Here the 'Graph tab has been clicked
The scribble pad has information entered. Note the terms 'Pin' and 'Archive'
'Pin' keeps the information visible indefinitely like a 'post-it'
To file the contents choose the archive option.
They will be viewable in the 'Notes' section of the history tab

and on the right to enter today's INR
Click the 'recommendations' tab after entering the INR value

If a patient stops warfarin, archive the record
clicking the icon to the right of their name on the toolbar.
